Ha Long Bay |
Day 1: Hanoi - Halong (L/D)
You are met at Noi Bai Airport, and transfer
to Hanoi for Lunch
PM: Transfer to Halong Bay - World Heritage
(about 160km from Noi Bai airport). Check in hotel for freshen- up and
relaxation, visit Night market/ Overnight in Halong
Day 2: Halong - Hanoi (BLD)
After breakfast at hotel, you will get on
boat for cruising around the islets, caves and grottos of Halong Bay (World
Heritage by UNESCO). The boat will stop a while for you to take a short
excursion visit Sung Sot cave ('The Cave of Surprise'). Enjoy seafood lunch on
board before leaving Halong for Hanoi.
Upon arrive Hanoi, we roaming to the old
streets for one hour looking & shopping. 17:00 gather at Thang Long Theatre
near Hoan Kiem Lake for enjoying the Water puppets show. Overnight in Hanoi

Day 3: Hanoi city tour (BLD)
Hanoi city tour includes: Ho Chi Minh
Mausoleum (Monday & Fridays closed), His House on Stilt, One Pillar Pagoda,
Tran Quoc pagoda. Have lunch
PM: Visit Temple of Literature/Ngoc Son
Temple, Hoan Kiem Lake, free for shopping at 36 Old Street or Dong Xuan Market.
Day 4: Hanoi- Departure (B/L)
Having breakfast, check out the hotel/ free
for shopping and then departure to Noi Bai Airport for flight back home.

Summer is a good time to cruise on Halong Bay but the best time of year is during the spring or fall. Because the bay is situated in the northern part of the country, it can get colder in the fall and winter, and though you won't see extremes such as blizzards, it's still a lousy place to be when it gets cold.
ReplyDeleteTip: You should bring a swim suit with you, night's swim in the phosphorescent water is also very nice.
